The Fest For Beatles Fans LAX October 10-12

The Fest For Beatles Fans 2014. We have not done this for several years, but as it will be back in LA for the first time in 15 years we may well do this one. It will be a good opportunity to show our current favorite Prints on Metal to Beatle Fans including 30x30 of the Magical Mystery photo and 24x36 of the Top Of The Pops.

From the show, we have Freda Kelly, the Beatles Fan Club person for 12 years popped by the see herself at the Magical Mystery Tour, Joey Molland from Badfinger who I first shot before Badfinger with Gary Walker and Rain and I will add a couple of Peter Asher photos, I was surprised at his show, beautifully done.

Huntington Beach Food, Art and Music Festival Sep 5-7

Update: Sadly it was an awful event. A few hundred a day, basically for the music.
September 5th to 7th we will be at Huntington Beach Food, Art and Music Festival. It's a new event but there will be live music each evening with Classic Rock artists.

Malibu Arts Festival July 26-27

For us at least the 2014 show was much more fun with Classic Rock fans around buying photos, the majority on metal which is a medium I love. This is for fans, not collectors.

This years name visitor to us was Malibu resident Gary Busey who I last photographed in 1979 in Redondo Beach when he was doing a few club shows to support the Buddy Holly Story for which he was nominated for an Academy Award.

Back at the Malibu Arts Festival this year, same space 559. 10 to 6 Saturday and Sunday.

This was 2013 when Dick Van Dyke dropped by.

Southwest Arts Festival 2014 at Indio

The Southwest Arts Festival is again at the Polo Grounds in Indio from Jan 24th to the 26th. We will be there at booth 707 with our Classic Rock And Roll Photography.

Tucson Fourth Avenue Winter 2013 Street Fair

4th Avenue Winter Street Fair 2013 in the Historical Downtown Shopping Arts District of Tuscon, Arizona. Application Deadline: 7/24/13 Midnight PST The 4th Avenue Street Fair, Nationally recognized as one of the premier community celebrations in the Southwest, is held biannually in the gorgeous desert of Tucson, Arizona. Explore this forty plus year old tradition that attracts more that 300,000 visitors each year. As always, admission to the festival is free and open to the public. Tempe Festival Of The Arts Winter 2013

This years Tempe Festival Of The Arts will be December 6th to 8th. We will be there.

Litchfield Park Arts Festival 2013

Litchfield Park Arts Festival 2013 at downtown Litchfield Park 101 W. Wigwam Blvd, Litchfield Park, Arizona. Show Dates: 11/2/13 - 11/3/13. We have not been there before, it is on the Wigwam resort property and will hopefully be fun.

Pasadena Paseo Arts Festival

We will be there next weekend 14th and 15th stay tuned and stay cool. Paseo Colorado on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena.

Malibu Arts Festival is July 27th and 28th, we'll be there with Rock And Roll prints plus some canvas and metal. We are at the back in the shade against the front of the library at booth 559.

Tempe Festival Of The Arts

Update: Very hot and the worst allergy season ever made this less fun than usual, but hopefully we'll be back in December.

Despite rain for two of the three days we had a successful show at the Southwest Arts Festival at the Polo Grounds in Indio, CA and met some great new people. The new Metal Prints got sales as well as the canvas and traditional ones.

Jo London in Carefree AZ

The Jo London shop in upscale Carefree Arizona is a new specialty store full of English goodies. Owner Jo and husband Bob have been a client for a while and asked to carry some photos in the store, which they now are. There are some matted prints but also Metal and Canvas. The main focus is on Photos taken in England including Beatles and Hendrix but Springsteen and Janis Joplin and others are usually there.

We have added a few Metal Prints to our displays including Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Bruce (left), Stevie Ray and Zeppelin which have been met with immediate positive reaction and sales. The quality and tones are quite amazing with beautiful blacks.
